Partners and Donors
The Seed Library extends our sincerest gratitude to NMSU Cooperative Extension and the Sandoval County Master Gardeners for their support for the Seed Library. We especially want to acknowledge Rebecca Newburn of Richmond Grows Seed Lending Library for the time and effort given to creating an easy to replicate model for creating seed libraries. Her contributions of organizational materials and helpful seed saving videos have saved us considerable time.
The seeds that make up the collection have come to us through the generous donations of Sandoval County Master Gardeners and national seed companies. We especially want to acknowledge Hart Seed Company. We will continue to accept donations of open-pollinated and heirloom seeds in any quantity, from anyone in the community that is willing to share.
We would like to send a special thank you to fellow Sandoval County Master Gardener, Mickie Frazier-Koontz for her wonderful donation of the card catalog at the Esther Bone Memorial Library. And many thanks to SCMG veteran and Seed Library volunteer, Sue Trevor, for making the connection with Rob Nankin, Branch Manager of the Esther Bone Memorial Library.
We appreciate all our volunteers who contribute their valuable time, priceless talent and extensive seed saving knowledge.
